摘要
系统规模的不断扩大及元件的日益复杂,使得电网安全问题成为关注焦点。在已有脆弱性研究基础上,给出了状态脆弱性及结构脆弱性的准确定义及新评估模型;提出了结合两脆弱因子的评估思想,即在考虑元件运行状态的同时,兼顾其网络结构特性,由此建立了可基于不同运行状态变量以获取不同脆弱评估目的与结果的评估模型通式。算例结果表明所提出的模型可基于不同状态变量对电网进行脆弱性评估,且对电网中的薄弱环节有较好的辨识能力及较高的辨识精度,可为电网脆弱性评估及电网运行维护提供参考,验证了模型的合理性及有效性。
With the continual increment of system scale and the gradual complication of components, security problem of power grid has been a focus. Based on the existing researches, respective definitions and evaluation models of running state vulnerability and structural vulnerability are presented. Then a new evaluation method combining intensity of state variables and structural characteristics of components is proposed, and a corresponding evaluation model through which different assessment motives and results can be obtained in different state variables is established. Results of a numerical example show that the model can assess the vulnerability of power grid based on different state variables, and it has a preferable ability and precision in identifying the vulnerable components of power grid. The method can be a useful reference for power grid vulnerability assessment and operation and maintenance. Meanwhile, it is verified that the method is rational and available.
