摘要
介绍以PC机作为上位监控机,智能仪表作为控制机,采用串口通信方式实现上下位机的信息交换,对实验室提供的多套设备实现分散控制集中管理的小型集散控制系统的设计方法。用工控组态软件开发设计的用户程序对系统进行管理,既延续了常规仪表控制系统的特点,又具备了计算机控制系统的优点,可以推广应用于中小型企业以实现低成本自动化。
This paper introduces the small-scale distributed control system design methods.It was realized the dispersion control centralized management to the multi-wrap equipment of the Laboratory provided,with the superior monitoring machine by Personal Computer, Intelligent instruments as a control machine,It is realized the up and down machine-information exchange using serial communication.The system was managed using the user program of the design using with industrial configuration software.It is continued the characteristics of the conventional instrument control system,and has advantages. The low-cost automation could achieved in Small and Medium Enterprises by the popularization and application.
