摘要
以金属热处理工艺中有滞后的渗碳过程中的气氛碳势和温度等参数的采集和智能控制技术为研究对象,采用一种单神经元自适应PSD智能控制算法进行系统仿真和开发。该算法除了比传统PID控制算法超调量小、速度快、实时控制效果好外,还具有可调参数范围大、自适应能力强等优点。另外还给出了DCS系统下位机硬软件设计的关键技术。
This paper studies the collection and intelligent control technology of carbon potential and temperature parameters,lagging behind in the process of carburizing atmosphere in metal heat treatment process.Use a single neuron adaptive PSD Intelligent Control algorithm in System Simulation and Development.The advantages of the Algorithm are small overshoot,real-time control effective, adjustable parameters,adaptive capacity than the traditional PID algorithm.
