摘要
提出了一种基于单片机的天然气管道注醇控制系统的设计方案。该系统采用上、下位机结构形式,下位机以AD16M4-PLUS控制板为基础,实现了天然气管道注醇工艺的测控与管理功能。该系统不仅具备故障检测、工艺自动报警与安全保护功能,而且还具有高度的容错能力。
A design scheme of MCU-based control system for natural gas pipelines alcohol injection is proposed in this paper.In order to realize the control and management of natural gas pipelines alcohol injection technique,the system runs in the master-slave mode,the slave computer is based on the AD16M4-PLUS control board.The system has fault detect and process alarm,safety protection function,as well as powerful fault tolerance.
