基于DSP的线阵CCD式数粒系统的设计

Design of Linear CCD Counting System Based on DSP

针对药品包装中传统光电式数粒机存在的缺点,应用数字信号处理器DSP与线阵CCD相结合,设计了基于图像处理的数粒机系统。系统以DSP为控制中心,组建各硬件设备的驱动电路,集成喂料、检测计数、装瓶和人机界面等子系统,采用边缘检测原理实现药粒的计数。此检测系统已成功应用于医药包装行业,具有抗粉尘好,速度快,误差小等明显优点。

An advanced system of counting-machine,based on image processing,was designed by using DSP and linear CCD to deal with the shortage of the traditional counting-machine.Subsystems were composed of feeding,counting,bottling and HCI （Human-Computer Interface）.The system takes DSP as the control core and sets up driver circuit for each sub system, counting by using the edge detection theory.
