摘要
目的采用多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对肺静脉开口部进行初步研究,为MSCT用于肺静脉影像学评价提供理论依据。方法健康成年人220例,在MSCT后前位和轴位VR图像上测量每支肺静脉开口处的上下径和前后径;在冠状位二维切面重组图像和横断面图像上分别测量肺静脉开口处的上下径和前后径并计算开口指数。对两组数据行统计学分析。结果在两种重组图像上测得的肺静脉开口处直径差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);男性组的左上肺静脉开口处直径高度显著大于女性组(P〈0.01),其余三支肺静脉开口处直径在男性组和女性组之间差异无统计学意义。开口指数:男女均为右下肺静脉开口指数最大,左上肺静脉最小。肺静脉开1:7处直径在上述各个年龄组之间无明显相关性。结论MSCT能优良显示肺静脉开口部的形态学特征,可常规用于房颤射频消融肺静脉电隔离术前的肺静脉影像学评价。
Objective Using multi - slice CT (MSCT) on the opening of the pulmonary vein for a preliminary study for MSCT and provide a theoretical basis to evaluate pulmonary venous imaging. Methods Healthy adults 220 cases, CT images were evaluated by searching these parameters : the superior - inferior diameter and anterior - posterior diameter of the pulmonary veins ostia evaluated from VR and axial slices and venous ostium index. The data were analyzed statistically. Rusults There was no obvious difference in the aspects of measuring the pulmonary vein ostial diameters between VR and axial slices( P 〉 0.05 ) ; The male' s LSPV ostial diameter was significant larger than female's, three pulmonary veins ostial diameter of rest had no obvious difference between men and women, venous ostium index of the LIPV was the smallest, and venous ostium index of the RIPV was largest,indicating a circular. Pulmonary vein diameter of the opening of the four age groups had no obvious relevance. Conclusions The morphological characteristics of the pulmonary vein orifice are showed by MSCT, can conventional evaluate the pulmonary vein preoperative imaging of atrial fibrillation pulmonary vein before radiofrequency ablation isolation.
