介绍了通过采用新型原料,包括蓄热纤维、Outlast纤维、中空纤维,采用合理的织物结构和相应的后整理加工方法,开发兼顾保暖、舒适、薄型三要素的舒暖系列秋冬针织内衣的过程。综合利用纤维、纱线、织物三重空气层的织物具有较好舒暖性;采用铜氨纤维与超细抗起球腈纶纤维混纺纱为贴身层编织的针织内衣,较薄的结构就能达到较高的保暖率。

In this article is introduced the development of Autumn and Wimer knitted underwears made of new materials as heat storage fiber, Outlast fiber and hollow fiber with reasonable stitches and related after - finished. By use of cuprammonium rayon and anti - pilling acrylic blended yarn to knit the inner layer of the underwears, a thin knitted underwear of high thermal rate and characteristic of warm, comfort and thin and light is thus created.
