摘要
介绍了圣麻纤维的基本形态和性能,并以7种针织物基本组织为例,分析了圣麻纤维针织物的编织工艺要点。坯布后整理中漂白采用特效助剂197,染色采用活性黄M-EXF新型环保双活性基染料,柔软剂采用HS-100型有机硅柔软剂,并分析了漂白、染色工艺的要点。
This paper introduces the basic form and performances of shengma fiber. Taking seven fundamental knitting stitches as examples, key knitting points of the shengma knitted fabric are analyzed in this paper. In the fabric finishing, special additive 197 is used in bleaching, reactive yellow M - EXF of environment - protecting and double activity base is adopted in dyeing and HS - 100 silicone softener is applied in finishing with key technologies in bleaching and dyeing detailed.
