The performance and application of DF8 - series multifunctional sizing agent are compared with those of PVA and PVA similar products. The analyzing results show that DF8 - series multifunctional sizing agent can be starched on the high - grade pure cotton and some polyester/cotton blended products instead of PVA. It can further improve the quality of starching, the effeciency of weaving machine and even reduce the sizing cost. Also, it embodies the high sizing performane and cost advantage of the new grafting modified starch and offers enterprises a new approach to reducing cost and improving effeciency.
