摘要
司法体制改革包含着从观念到制度、从理论到实践各方面的变革与创新。我国司法制度改革已经取得了很大的成效。为更有效地保障人民的权利,应当在立足我国国情的基础上,借鉴外国司法改革的经验,适应社会发展的需要,努力促进司法公正。
The judicial system reform which includes the transform and innovation from ideas to institution, from theory to practice, has achieved great success in China. For safeguarding people's rights more efficiently, we should use the experience of other countries for reference based on the condition of our country, meet the needs of social development, and make great effort to promote judicial justice.
