摘要
结合半导体激光器的工作特性和大气无线激光通信编码技术,设计了一种低功耗、便携式通信用大功率脉冲半导体激光器驱动电源,该电源采用脉冲半导体激光器作为通信光源,以C8051F为控制芯片、CPLD为RS信道编码芯片实现信息在激光载体上的高速率大气传输。给出电源硬件设计方法。通过参数仿真与实验验证,该激光器电源具有通信频率可调、输出功率可调、操作方便、性能稳定等优点。
Combining working characteristics of semiconductor and technology of atmosphere wireless laser communications, a portable high power pulsed semiconductor laser dirver with lower power consumption was designed. The dirver adopts a pulsed semiconductor laser as the light source, C8051F as a control core and a chip of CPLD as RS encoder to realize laser information transmission. The paper gave the hardware and software design methods. The parameters simulation and experimental results show that the driver has the virtues of adjustable frequency, adjustable output power, easy operation and stable performance.
