Ho:YAG激光治疗嵌甲临床分析

摘要 目的:分析Ho:YAG激光治疗嵌甲的疗效及预后。方法:2%利多卡因趾神经阻滞麻醉后以Ho:YAG激光灼除患侧甲板约3mm;然后灼除甲沟皮肤,局部增生的炎性肉芽组织,甲沟旁软组织,暴露并灼除嵌入甲板;灼除上述两范围内甲跟及相应的甲母质。结果:139例患者中128例期愈合,11例出现不同程度感染,多次换药及半导体激光外照射后痊愈。经3-20个月随访,134例效果良好,5例复发。结论:Ho:YAG激光治疗嵌甲是一种安全有效的方法,创伤较小,治愈率高,值得推广。 Objective: To investigate the clinical effectiveness of Ho:YAG Laser on treating ingrown nail. Methods: After a digital nerve block was performed Ho:YAG Laser was used on 139 cases of ingrown nail. The nail plate in the abnormal side was cauterized about 3mm. The skin, hyperplasic inflammatory granulation tissue, and soft tissue beside the nail groove were cauterized to discover and burn the ingrown plate. Then the nail root and its corresponding nail matrix in those two areas were cauterized. Results: In the total 139 patients, 128 patients got primary healing, 11 patients developed wound infection and healed after dressing changes and semiconductor laser irradiation. The follow-up data showed good results, most of the patients recovered, only 5 patients recurred. Conclusion: Ho:YAG Laser is a safe and effective method to treat ingrown nail and this approach deserves generalization because its little trauma and high cure rate.
