气体信号分子硫化氢对门静脉高压形成的影响

摘要 硫化氢是20世纪90年代末发现的新型气体信号分子,是体内重要的内源性血管舒张因子,在门静脉高压的形成中具有重要作用。硫化氢在肝内发挥舒张血管效应,通过舒张肝内血管,降低肝内阻力从而降低门静脉高压。其作用机制主要通过兴奋血管平滑肌三磷腺苷敏感性钾通道,增加该通道的电流,或增加胞内钙离子内流实现其平滑肌舒张功能。其机制的阐明可望为门静脉高压干预的研究提供新的思路。
