收放线架电气控制系统的改进

Improvement of Electical Control System for Take-Up and Pay-Off Stands

摘要 主动式收放线架是挤塑生产的常用设备。目前常用的收放线架控制电路是由变频器和继电器组合而成,由于继电器本身存在因接触点机械磨损而导致电路故障的现象,因此利用变频器内自带的一些由软件实现的功能块取代继电器,这样既解决了继电器的可靠性问题,又降低了成本。 Active take-up and pay-off stands are common used equipment for extrusion line. Now the common- used control circuits for take-up and pay-off stands are composed of frequency converters and relays. Since there exists the problem of circuit faults due to the mechanical wear of relay's contact, some functional models which are implemented with software and built in frequency inverter are employed instead of relay, so that the reliability problem is solved and the cost is reduced.
