摘要
组织政治是组织生活的现实反映,是一种普遍现象,员工对组织政治的认知受多种因素的影响。本研究通过对29家企业共1647名员工的调查,探讨了在中国文化背景下影响企业员工组织政治认知的因素,可望为各类组织的人力资源管理实践提供理论依据。
Politics in organizations is a fact of life. For years, personal experience and anecdotal evdence have supported a general blief that behavior in and of organizations is often political in nature, and a lot of antecedents may have an affect on perceptions of organizational politics. Based on the investigation of 1647 employees in 29 enterprises, this paper explored the factors that influence the perception of organizational politics in China and hopes to provide theoretical basis for the practice of human resources management at different levels.
