改良神经损害程度评分和体重指数对脑梗死大鼠病变范围的评价 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨改良神经功能评分和体重指数对评价实验性脑梗死范围的应用价值。方法用大脑中动脉线栓法制作大鼠脑梗死模型。59只7~9周龄雄性SD大鼠接受大脑中动脉1h栓塞手术或假手术,术前和术后1,3,5,7,10,14d分别进行改良神经损害程度评分以及体重测量。术后14d处死动物,对梗死面积进行聚类分析,分析不同病变面积的实验动物之间改良神经损害程度评分结果和体重指数的差异,分析病变面积与各时间点神经损害程度评分结果和体重指数之间的相关关系。结果手术组大鼠可分为3个亚组:①皮层加基底节梗死;②基底节梗死;③无病变。3组间的神经损害程度评分结果及体重指数差异有统计学意义。梗死面积与神经功能检测结果之间呈相关关系。结论改良神经损害程度评分和体重指数可以用于评价大鼠大脑中动脉线栓模型的病变严重程度。
