The Two-dimensional Comparison of the Gap between the Higher Education and Scientific and Technological Development in the National Region of the Central and Western Part of China

研究区域发展差距不能仅仅局限于区域间的宏观比较,还应该对区域内的发展差距有所了解。相应的,制定区域协调发展战略也应该统筹考虑区域间和区域内发展的两种非均衡性。本文以中西部民族地区高等教育与科技发展为例,分别从区域间和区域内两个维度进行了比较分析。

The study of the region development gap should not be limited to the interregional macro-comparison, it should also involve the regional study.
