首秦卡卢金热风炉高风温技术应用研究

摘要 综述国内外三种类型热风炉高风温技术概况,阐明俄罗斯卡卢金顶燃式热风炉具有高效、紧凑、投资省等技术优点,在首秦一期、二期高炉上采用该技术,开展高风温技术应用研究,达到消化和吸收的目标。理论研究和烧炉实践表明:其燃烧较好,气流分布合理,风温可达到1200~1250℃,满足高炉炼铁大喷煤的使用要求。 This article narrates the survey of three kind of high blast temperature technology in home and abroad, illuminates that Russian KA- LUGIN's top combustion stove owns technical advantage of higher efficiency, compact, lower investment, etc. It was used in first and second SHOUQIN blast furnace, applied study of high blast temperature was carried out, to reach to the aim of digest and assimilation. The oretical study and the practice signs that it burns well, its airflow is distributed well-proportioned, blast temperature can reach to 1 200 -1 250 ℃, it satisfies the need of high coal injection in blast furnace.
