摘要
利用CFD软件对燃气加热炉炉内温度场进行模拟,并与实验系统实测数据进行对比,结果表明数值模拟能够反映出炉膛内的温度场情况。数值模拟方法,对加热炉的设计或者现有炉子的改进,都有有益的帮助。
Based on CFD software, the flame temperature field of gas heating furnace was calculated. Compared the simulation result and the measured date of experiment system, it was concluded that numerical simulation could reflect the flame temperature field condition of the furnace inside. The numerical simulation method is useful for the design of new heating furnace or the improvement of existing furnaces.
