修复火车刹车芯盘自动堆焊机设计

Design of automatic surface welding machine used in repairing core plate of train brake

针对常用的火车刹车芯盘修理浪费大、效率低的问题,提出了一种火车刹车芯盘修复专用自动堆焊机的设计方案。该机能够根据芯盘磨损程度自动调整堆焊层的厚度,经一次堆焊即可完成,从而提高了效率,降低了修复成本。经实际应用,该机工作性能稳定,效果良好。

Against the common question that waste was high and efficiency was low in repairing core plate of train brake, a design of special automatic surfacing machine which was specially used to repairing core plate of train brake was produced in this paper, which could adjust the thickness of surfacing layer automatically according to the different wear degree of the core plate, and sur- facing could be completed in one time, and stable working performance and good effect could be got in practical use.
