摘要 介绍了TIG焊快速制造堆焊质量视觉检测系统结构,提出对TIG焊快速制造过程中熔池邻区焊缝宽度进行检测,通过对实时焊缝图像的处理,获取焊缝的宽度信息,并建立对应于空间坐标位置的焊缝宽度采样数据库,通过数据比较,检测出全方位的焊缝宽度变化情况,从而判断TIG焊快速制造堆焊质量。 TIG welding rapid prototyping surfacing weld vision detecting system was introduced. Detecting the weld that was adja- cent with welding pool during the processing of TIG welding rapid prototyping was put forward. Through weld image processing, the weld width information was obtained. The database of sampling weld width that was corresponding for the position of space was found. Through data contrasting, the variational circs of the weld width in all directions was detected. Then, the quality of TIG welding rapid prototyping surfacing could be judged.
