摘要
为进行新型井下螺旋轴流式油气混抽泵的外特性试验研究,针对130型混抽泵在试验过程中出现的问题,对原试验台进行改进,设计出新型试验台,主要包括动力部分、泵级部分、吸入部分、排出部分、测量部分和数据采集部分。新型试验台采用多点混合的气液混合装置和轴端机械密封结构,明显改善了吸入口工况与轴端密封效果。试验表明,新型试验台能够顺利地进行混抽泵的外特性等试验,为相关样机的研究奠定了基础。
The new test bench was designed for performance test of the new down-hole helical-axial flow multiphase pump on the basis of the original. Because the drawback of the original in the test of 130 multiphase pumps was taken into account and removed, the function of the new test bench was improved. The whole test bench includes power module, pumps module, inlet module, outlet module, testing module and data gathering module. The new mixing equipment and mechanical seal were used in the new test bench, so both the condition of the inlet and the butt end packing were remarkably improved. The new test bench can be successfully used in the experiments of the multiphase pump, and also laid the foundation for the future relevant pump's research.
