摘要 对往复泵的曲柄连杆机构进行运动分析和受力分析;借助Pro/E Wildfire工程软件完成了往复泵曲轴的三维建模;利用有限元法将模型导入ANSYS有限元分析软件,对其进行应力分析和曲轴强度校核,为往复泵曲轴的优化设计提供参考依据。 The force on reciprocating pump shell and the movement of crank linkage of the crankshaft were analyzed and three-dimensional model of reciprocating pump crankshaft with engineering software Pro/E Wildfire was completed. The finite element method was used by importing the model to the finite element analysis software to analyze its stress and identify the deficiencies. This result provides the basis for optimizing final design.
