摘要
对原XJ450型修井机转盘传动系统进行改造,通过增加转盘驱动箱和输出挡位,提高了作业效率;增加传动系统刹车装置,有效解决了作业过程中钻杆反向扭矩释放问题,大大提高了作业系统的安全性。
An alteration of rotary table transmitting system on old XJ450 work-over rig was introduced. By appending a gearbox and one output shift, the rotary table speed was increased and working efficiency was increased as well remarkably. And a brake was added to the transmitting system to improve the system＇s safety.
