渗湿定痛汤治疗急性痛风性关节炎60例临床研究

Therapeutic Effect of Shenshi Dingtong Decoction on Acute Gouty Arthritis:An Observation of 60 Cases

目的:观察自拟渗湿定痛汤治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例急性痛风性关节炎随机分为2组,治疗组采用渗湿定痛汤(萆薢、车前草、薏苡仁、秦皮、赤芍、地龙、牛膝、黄柏、土茯苓、甘草)治疗。对照组予正清风痛宁缓释胶囊口服。1个疗程为2周。治疗前后分别检测关节肿痛分数、血尿酸、血脂等指标。结果:2组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),而治疗组愈显率明显高于对照组,2组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后血尿酸及血脂改善明显,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后血尿酸及血脂各项指标比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟渗湿定痛汤治疗急性痛风关节炎疗效较好,并能降低血尿酸,迅速缓解关节症状。

Objective:To observe therapeutic effect of Shenshi Dingtong Decoction(SDD)on acute gouty arthritis(AGA).Methods:One hundred and twenty AGA patients were randomized into 2 groups:the treatment group received SDD(mainly composed of Rhizoma Dioscoreae Hypoglaueae, Herba Plataginis,Semen Coicis,Cortex Fraxini,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Pheretima, Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Cortex Phellodendri,Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae,and Radix Glycyrrhizae), and the control group received oral use of Zhengqing Fengtongning Sustained-release Capsules.The treatment lasted 2 weeks.Score of joint swelling and pain,and levels of serum uric acid and blood lipid were detected before and after treatment.Results:The difference of total effective rate was significant between the two groups(P<0.05),and the cure and remarkably effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Serum uric acid and blood lipid were improved in the two group after treatment(P<0.05 compared with those before treatment),and the improvement was obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05 compared with that in the control group).Conclusion:Shenshi Dingtong Decoction is effective for the treatment of acute gouty arthritis by decreasing serum uric acid and relieving joint swelling and pain.
