摘要
目的:探讨针刺对大鼠脑外伤认知功能的影响。方法:取自由落体所致的脑外伤模型大鼠,分为模型组、针刺治疗组、电针治疗组、假手术组。分别在第1天、3天、7天、14天、21天进行Morris水迷宫测量。结果:假手术组认知功能无明显变化,模型组、电针治疗组、针刺治疗组有明显的认知功能障碍,针刺治疗组和电针治疗组在治疗后认知功能明显改善(P<0.05),且电针治疗组明显优于针刺治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺治疗能明显改善脑外伤模型大鼠的认知功能,电针治疗明显优于传统针刺治疗。
Objective:To study the effect of acupuncture on cognitive function of brain injury rats. Method: The brain injury model rats by free -falling body were divided into 4 groups, which were model group, acupuncture treatment group, electroacupuncture treatment group and sham operation group. Each group was performed with Morris water maze test at different time point of the 1 st, 3 rd, 7th, 14th and 21th day. Result: The cognitive function of sham operation group did not change obviously while that of model group, electroacupuncture treatment group and acupuncture treatment group impaired obviously. After treatment, the cognitive function of acupuncture treatment group and electroacupuncture treatment group improved obviously ( P〈 0.05 ) and electroacupuncture treatment group was superior to acupuncture treatment group obviously ( P〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Acupuncture treatment could improve the cognitive function of brain injury model rats obviously and electroacupuncture treatment is superior to traditional acupuncture treatment obviously.
