In the present era, reading paper books and reading on the intemet are the people＇ s two reading forms which play different roles in the readers＇ reading. This paper reveals the intrinsic changes and mutual influence between these two kinds of reading forms, attempts to serve for the library reading and to explore a hybrid reading form for the readers to meet the knowledge needs under the network environment.
