The subject construction of military academies is in an important historical period of the reform and development. One of the foundation work of subject construction for the libraries is to establish subject librarian system and carries out the innovation services. This paper discusses the principles and patterns to establish subject librarian system and proposes the countermeasures to implement subject librarian system regarding the subject construction. 6 refs
