摘要 交通事件实时视频检测技术是当前流行的事件检测技术。通过对交通事件的特征分析,综合对比面积分布和速度分布信息对视频检测效果的影响,提出基于速度分类算法的交通事件实时视频检测方法。在此基础上给出运动目标的速度提取算法以及事件判定准则,并完成事件判定。最终给出算法的实际场景实验结果并对结果进行分析。 Real-time video traffic incident detection is currently a widely-applied incident detection technology. Firstly, based on the feature analysis of traffic incident, the effect of area distribution and speed distribution information on video detection result was comprehensively compared. Then, a real-time video traffic incident detection method was proposed based on speed classification algorithm. Furthermore, the speed extraction algorithm of the moving object and the criteria to carry out the incident detection were proposed. The incidents were estimated. Experimental results of the actual scenarios were given and analyzed.
