摘要
针对龙眼鲜果加工难的问题展开了讨论,分析了龙眼去核剥壳技术国内外研究现状、几种典型的龙眼去核剥壳方法及去核剥壳加工机械的结构特点,以及各种方法在加工中存在的问题及其不足的同时,指出了龙眼去核剥壳技术拟解决的问题和今后发展方向。
Processing fresh longan is a difficult problem which is discussed in this paper.The current developments of longan denucleating and shucking technology were analyzed,and several typical ways of longan denucleating and shucking were introduced.The problems and disadvantages were analyzed which occur in the longan processing with different ways.It was pointed out that the questions should be solved and the development direction of longan denucleating and shucking technology.
