简要介绍了称重式水果分选机称重传感段的结构,在此基础上描述了分选机称重传感段在称重信息的采集方面的设计要点,并介绍了分选机所采用的悬臂梁式称重传感器的原理,最后重点阐述了分选机传感信号的采集、特点分析、复杂信号的产生原因和最后的选择方案。

This article simply introduced the mechanical structure of the sensing section of a weighing type fruit grading machine.Then the design main points of the sensing signal collection on sensing section of the machine were explained followed by the describing the principle of weighing sensor.The paper emphasize on the signal collecting,signal analyzing and the causation of the complex signal.The method of the signal collecting were introduced at the last part.
