摘要 为了研究草莓延迟发光随时间的衰减规律,采用BHP9502型微弱光分析仪测试了草莓经不同光源照射后的延迟发光值,并分析讨论了其衰减特性。结果显示,草莓的延迟发光随时间衰减特性符合双曲线规律;白炽灯照射光源功率越大,草莓的瞬间延迟发光强度越大,衰减速度越快。本研究可以为草莓分选光源的选择提供依据。 To study the attenuation law of delayed bioluminescence(DL) of strawberry with time,the bioluminescence analysis instrument(BHP9502-type)was used to detect DL of strawberry treated by different kinds of lights,and the attenuation characteristic was further analyzed in this paper.The results showed that the DL attenuation property of strawberry followed the law of hyperbolic equation,and with the increase of filament lamp's power,the instantaneous DL intensity of strawberry became enhanced and the rate of decay got increased.This finding will provide a basis for the choice of the light resource for strawberry sorting.
