转变经济发展方式,是党的经济发展理论的创新,是全面建设小康社会的内在要求。发展方式转变必须依靠空间开发秩序的规范来体现和落实。建设主体功能区是党中央做出的规范空间开发秩序的重大决策。文章在剖析发展的内涵的基础上,以相关政策文献为指导,探讨了建设主体功能区的基本思路,重点研究了主体功能区建设促进发展方式转变的途径。

Changing the ways of development is our Party＇s theory innovations on development and the request of constructing middie -elass family society. In order to change the ways of development, it is necessary to regulate the order of spatial exploitation. To construct spatial structure basis on prineipal function region is an important decision of our Party. Guided by the related polieies, this article discusses the approaches to ehanging the ways of development in the course of constructing principal funetion region.
