摘要
目的:建立三消丹胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法:以甲醇为提取溶剂,采用超声法直接提取制剂中盐酸小檗碱,以甲醇为空白,在348nm波长处用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果:盐酸小檗碱浓度在2.24～15.68μg·ml^(-1)范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9,n=7),平均回收率为99.75%,RSD为0.55%。结论:本法简便、准确,重复性好,可作为该制剂中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。
Objective： To establish the determination method of berberine hydrochloride in Shanxiaodan capsules. Method： The methanol as solvent, berberin hydrochloride in Shanxiaodan capsule was extracted by ultrasonic method. UV spectrophotometry was selected to determine the content, and the detection of wavelength was 348nm. Result： The Absorbance has a linear relationship with the berberin hydrochloride within the range of 2.24 - 15.68 μg·ml^-1. The average recovery was 99.8% RSD 0. 6%. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate, and repeatable. It can be for the assay of berberin hydrochloride in the preparation.
