紫外分光光度法测定三消丹胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量 被引量:9

摘要 目的:建立三消丹胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法:以甲醇为提取溶剂,采用超声法直接提取制剂中盐酸小檗碱,以甲醇为空白,在348nm波长处用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果:盐酸小檗碱浓度在2.24~15.68μg·ml^(-1)范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9,n=7),平均回收率为99.75%,RSD为0.55%。结论:本法简便、准确,重复性好,可作为该制剂中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。 Objective: To establish the determination method of berberine hydrochloride in Shanxiaodan capsules. Method: The methanol as solvent, berberin hydrochloride in Shanxiaodan capsule was extracted by ultrasonic method. UV spectrophotometry was selected to determine the content, and the detection of wavelength was 348nm. Result: The Absorbance has a linear relationship with the berberin hydrochloride within the range of 2.24 - 15.68 μg·ml^-1. The average recovery was 99.8% RSD 0. 6%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, and repeatable. It can be for the assay of berberin hydrochloride in the preparation.
