复方异丙嗪甘草口服溶液的制备及临床应用

Preparation and Clinical Application of Compound Promethazine-Glycyrrhizae Oral Solution

目的:研制一种儿科常用止咳化痰药复方异丙嗪甘草口服溶液,并考察临床疗效。方法:建立复方异丙嗪甘草口服溶液的制备及质量控制方法;并与急支糖浆作对照,进行临床疗效观察。结果:该制剂质量稳定,治疗组总有效率为84.2%,对照组总有效率为45.1%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方异丙嗪甘草口服溶液制备方法简单,质量控制方法可靠,临床疗效满意。

Objective： To study a preparation named Compound Promethazine-Glycyrrhizae Oral Solution of relieving cough and reducing sputum, and to investigate its clinical therapeutic effection. Method： The methods of preparation and quality control were established and the clinical observstion was conducted with Jizhi syrup as control. Result： The quality of the preparation was stable. Total effective rate was 84.2% in therapeutic group and 45.1% in control group. The clinical therapeutic effection of therapeutic group was surpasses control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The preparative method of Compound Promethazine-Glycyrrhizae Oral Solution is simple, quality reliable and clinical therapeutic effect with satisfaction.
