摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定复方元胡止痛膏贴中延胡索乙素含量的方法。方法:采用Zorbax SB-C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(三乙胺调pH至6.0)(64:36)为流动相;流速0.8ml·min^(-1);检测波长280nm。结果:延胡索乙素线性范围0.11～1.15μg(r=0.999 9),平均回收率和RSD分别为96.7%和2.4%。结论:方法简便、可靠,可用于复方元胡止痛膏贴中延胡索乙素含量测定。
Objective： To establish a HPLC method to determine the tetrabydropalmatine in compound Yuanhuzhitong patch; Method： The Zorbax SB-CIs column（250mm × 4.6mm, 5 μm）was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol -0.1% phosphoric acid solution （64： 36） （adjusted pH to 6.0 with triethylamine） ;The flow rate was 0.8ml·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was at 280nm. Result： The linear range of tetrahydropalmatine was 0.11 - 1.15 μg（ r = 0.999 9）. The average recovery was 96.7% and RSD was 2.4%. Conclusion ： This method is simple and reliable and can be used for the determination tetrahydropalmatine in this preparation.
