摘要
运用中医传统的"辩证施治"诊断原理和方法,对浓香型酒酿造中曲药、窖泥、生产工艺操作、母糟、黄水等进行"四诊",根据生产实践加以阐述,从而指导生产,提高产、质量。
Using the traditional Chinese medical principals and methods of "Differentiationtyping" ,investigated the koji, pit mud,production,maternal draft and yellow water with "Four Diagnostic Methods". Described according to practice in order to guide production and improve the yield and quality.
