城市高架快速化改建中钢结构桥梁的设计要点

On Design Points of the Steel Structure Bridge during the Expressway Renovation of Urban Viaducts

钢结构桥梁具有轻质、高强、跨越能力好、平面适应性强等特点,在近年的市政新建和改建工程中被广泛应用。以上海内环线浦东段快速化改建工程(龙阳路段)为实例,介绍了刚度计算、强度计算和构造措施等。最后着重介绍的设计要点有:横向抗倾覆稳定计算、纵向加劲肋设置、横梁计算、人孔设置、钢结构涂装等。

The steel structure bridge is of some characteristics including light weight, high strength, good crossing capacity and plane compliance, so it has been applied widely in municipal engineering and renovation projects in the latest years. Taking a case of Shanghai inner ring Pudong section expressway renovation project (Longyang Rd. section), the stiffness, the strength calculation and the structure method have been introduced by the author. Finally, several design points were emphasized such as transverse anti-overturning stability calculation, vertical stiffener layout, beam calculation, manhole and steel structure coating, etc.
