摘要
本文对中国气象局正在建设中的中国气象卫星综合应用业务系统作了较全面的描述,重点介绍了卫星通信部分的网络总体结构和布局,并特别提出了亚洲卫星2号Ku转发器覆盖边缘区的技术设计原则。文中谈到的卫星地球站的配置,对其它部门的卫星通信网络的建设也有一定的参考价值。
The article describes the Integrated Application and Service System of the China Meteorological Satellite being under construction by the China Meteorological Bureau, introduces the overall network architecture and layout of the satellite communication part, and particularlly provides the technical designing principles of Ku - band transponder coverage edge area of Asia Satellite No. 2. The configuration of the satellite earth station discussed in the paper provides certain reference values for other departments in the construction of satellite telecom networks.
