Quality Status of Imported Iron Ore to China and Countermeasure

回顾了近年来我国进口铁矿石的基本情况,概括了进口铁矿石的特点,分析了不同国家铁矿石的质量状况、存在问题及出现这些问题的原因,提出了加强进口铁矿石信息交流与共享、推行供应商注册制和质量诚信等级制度、完善铁矿检验标准和评判体系、实施装船前预检验制度、加强中外双方检验技术交流与合作、进一步规范贸易合同条款等解决进口铁矿石质量问题的对策和建议。

The basic information of imported iron ore to China in recent years is reviewed. The characteristics, quality status, problems of the iron ore from different countries and causes are analyzed. To solve quality problems of imported iron ore, the following countermeasures and suggestions are raised ： to strengthen exchange and share of imported iron ore information, to pursue registration and quality faith systems of supplier, to improve iron ore＇s inspection standards and estimation system, to implement preloading inspection system, to promote exchange of inspection technology and cooperation between China and foreign countries, and to further standardize related trade clauses of iron ore contracts.
