介质特性对铝土矿在振动磨机中选择性磨矿的影响 被引量:6

摘要 以铝硅比为4.4的铝土矿为研究对象,采用振动磨机对铝土矿进行了选择性磨矿试验研究,重点考查介质配比、介质形状、填充率对低品位铝土矿在振动磨机中选择性磨矿的影响。研究结果表明:介质配比、不同形状的磨矿介质、介质充填率对振动磨磨矿产品的粒度组成和各粒级铝硅比分布有一定的影响,选择性磨矿的适宜介质配比为φ40mm∶φ30mm∶φ20mm=20%∶30%∶50%,适宜充填率为70%。在单一尺寸介质条件下,不同形状介质的选择性磨矿效果的顺序为柱形介质、柱球介质、球形介质。 The selective grinding test of bauxite with aluminum to silicon ratio 4.4 was conducted to investigate the influences of medium ratio, shape and filling ratio on selective grinding of bauxite. The resuits showed that medium ratio, grinding medium with different shapes and medium filling ratio had certain effects on size compositions of grinding products and aluminum to silicon ratio distribution. The optimal medium ratio was Ф40mm: Ф30mm: Ф20mm = 20% : 30% : 50%, respectively. Suitable filling ratio was 70%. Under the condition of medium with single size, sequences of selective grinding effect of media with different shapes were column medium, column-ball medium and ball medium.
