摘要 美国选择性教师资格制度是一种非传统的教师资格认证体系,自20世纪80年代以来,它为美国缓解教师数量的短缺和满足教师队伍多样化的需求做出了一定贡献,弥补了美国传统教师教育的不足。文章阐述了美国选择性教师资格制度产生、发展的过程,分析了选择性教师资格制度的主要特征,指出该制度对于完善我国非师范专业毕业人员教师资格认证具有重要的借鉴意义。 Alternative Teacher Certification in American generally refers to non-traditional teacher qualification system,even since its emergence in the 1980s,made up for the weaknesses of traditional teacher education ,and contributed properely to alleviating the shortage of teacher and meeting the requirement of the diversification of teaching body in American.This paper analyes the history and status in the development of Alternative Teacher Certification in American,it holds that American successful experiences can be a revelation for assessing of no normal graduators.
