基于SOPC的柴油机故障诊断仪设计

摘要 为达到低功耗、低成本、开发周期短的设计目标,采用SOPC技术设计基于瞬时转速原理的柴油机故障诊断仪,构建SOPC硬件系统,设计A/D接口、FIR滤波器、FFT运算等IP核,阐述应用程序开发中的任务划分。该诊断仪功能得到实机验证,并已装机运行。 To achieve the target of low power consumption, low coat and short development period, the fault diagnosis device for diesel engine based on instantaneous speed theory was designed adopting SOPC technology. SOPC hardware system was constructed, A/D interface IP, FIR IP and FFT IP were designed, and task decomposition included in development of application program was described. Functions of the fault diagnosis device had been verified by experiment on real engine.
