摘要 介绍一种常见的可控分流型无刷同步发电机励磁系统的组成及功能,从调节器电路原理功能和实际工作经验出发,探讨了其常见故障的形式、产生的原因及处理方法,其最容易出故障的元件是大功率整流器调节器外围的插件及调节电位器,应将它们作为检查的重点。 The composition and function of the general controllable distribution brushless synchronous generator system were introduced. In light of the circuit principle and function of the regulator,as well as the practical operating experience,the author discussed the type, cause and solution of the common fault in the generator system. This paper drew a conclusion that the periphery plug-in unit and voltage regulator of the heavy-duty rectifier are the units which can be failed most commonly, so they should be paid special attention to in the inspection.
