摘要
以某蒸发冷却电机定子温度场为研究对象,在采用相似理论得到定子铁心壁面蒸发冷却及齿根部对流冷却的传热系数后,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对在冷却液浸泡状态下的定子温度场进行数值计算,得到了完整的定子铁心及绕组温度场分布规律。为电机设计及绝缘材料选取提供依据。
Studying on temperature field of certain evaporation cooling electromotor stator, the similarity theory was adopted to calculate the heat transfer coefficients of evaporation cooling stator core surface and convection cooling of root of gear wheel. Then finite-element analysis was carried out to simulate the temperature field of cooling fluid soaking stator, and get the whole regularities of distribution of stator core and winding temperature field. The results can offer reference for electric machine design and choosing of insulation material.
