摘要
以某船蒸汽动力装置的增压锅炉为研究对象,用光学探头和CCD摄像机分别从前后墙的观火孔处摄取炉膛火焰图像,并通过图像采集卡将火焰辐射图像信号送至计算机中,为进行图像处理、分析和计算奠定基础。实验表明,对增压锅炉进行火焰检测,必须建立合适的冷却吹扫装置,才能得到理想的图像效果。
Taking the supercharged boiler of the steam power plant of a ship for instance, several flame detectors and charge-coupled device (CCD) were used to obtain the flame image of the boiler through the holes of observation in the walls forward or backward at the same time. The images were transferred into computer for the next image managing, calculating and analysis. The result indicated that in order to receive ideal image the flame detecting of supercharged boiler need proper cooling and blowing device.
