摘要
在互穿网络聚合物高分子隐身材料中加入填料,制成阻尼的复合隐身材料;对填料种类、填料尺寸及填料含量改性互穿网络聚合物隐身材料的声隐身性能进行试验研究,得出8%云母填料改性能获得较好的低频吸声性能;采用均匀设计试验与多元回归分析相结合的方法对混合填料改性互穿网络聚合物复合隐身材料体系进行优化设计,获得较好的声隐身性能。
By filling modified of interpenetrating polymer networks (IPN), the high damping IPN composite were synthesized. The underwater acoustic property of filling modified IPN with different fillers, different fillers size, and different filling content were studied by experiments. The results indicated that the 8% filling of mica modified IPN can improve the low frequency acoustics stealth better. Based on the method of equality experiment and multiple regression theory, the compounding recipe filling of IPN were optimized, and obtained preferable effect of acoustics stealth.
