An Outline of CATV System Development in the Turn of the Century

分析我国有线电视网络的规模和影响越来越大,其管理体制必然要有新的模式与格局,才能适应新世纪信息化社会的需求,提出了全省、全国联网和组建有线电视股份集团公司、开办网络节目等设想。

The status of our national CATV network is analysed in this article. With the expansion of the capacity as well as influence of China CATV network, the old management system is needed to be replaced by new one to meet the requirement of the social demand in the information society of the new century. We putforward a proposal for establishing national and provincial network, CATV limited companies and network program channels.
