维生素C对视黄酸受体β基因的调控

Regulation of Vitamin C on Retinoic Acid Receptor β Gene

摘要 采用半定量RT-PCR方法,研究了在体外培养的猪成纤维细胞内添加不同浓度的维生素C后,视黄酸受体β基因(RARβ)的表达变化情况。结果表明,维生素C能够促进RARβ基因的表达,而且不同浓度和不同作用时间对RARβ基因的表达影响效果不同。 The expression level of RARβ gene was detected by RT-PCR in fibroblast cell through adding different concentration of vitamin C. The result showed that vitamin C could promote the expression of RARβ, moreover different concentration and action time had different results.
