摘要
在实验的基础上,应用液相传质的扩散模型,研究化学镀镍过程中主要反应物质NiSO_4·7H_2O和NaH_2PO_2·H_2O的浓度变化规律。文中设计了一个目标函数,并应用DFP法对扩散模型中的参数进行了优化计算,其结果与实验分析结果吻合良好。应用该扩散模型可为调整化学镀镍溶液中NiSO_4·7H_2O和NaH)2PO_2·H_2O的成分提供依据,对实际生产中镀液的再生也具有一定的指导作用。
On the basis of experiments, the change law of concentration of NiSO_4 · 7H_2O and NaH_2PO_2 · H_2O in electroless Ni-plating solution is investigated, using a diffusion model of mass transfer in liquid phase. A target function is delivered in this paper and the references in the diffusion model are calculated with optimization by using DFP method. The calculation results are compared and in good agreement with experimental results showing that the diffusion model is successful. By using the diffusion model, a convenient and reliable basis can be provided for adjusting the concentration of plating solution and renewing plating solution in practice.
